What are you hearing on your bowl destination? Outback or Gator I figured... any idea which it will be?

I'll be in California for NYE so I really hope its Gator. Outback will be at 9am 1/1 and I fly back that day so probably won't get to watch it. One of those 2 though.

I was pleasantly surprised with Jacksonville. It's a nice bowl game. I'd go back.
But we've been there 3 times this decade and have never been to the Outback Bowl. I think we should go there.

Jacksonville is Memphis with water minus the BBQ. There were more people trying to sell drugs on the Riverwalk than I've ever seen before in any city.

I’ve noticed the SEC Office generally does a good job with slotting teams to bowls where the SEC team has a good matchup, if possible.
So that could play a part of deciding between somewhat equal bowls.
