So then by your logic that would make all poll averagers a joke.

Data really doesn't make much sense. Atlanta is the 2nd largest college football TV market with 2,633,000 fans and yet UGA is ranked 22nd with a little over a million fans? B.S.

All that means is that there are a ton of gumps in Atlanta.

Do they teach logical fallacies at South Carolina or did you learn them on your own?

Atlanta is like Dallas. People from all over the country, especially the south move there. Lots of college fans, but lots of different allegiances.

He should probably stick to election projections. CFB is apparently not his thing, otherwise he would have trashed this piece and started over once all the oddball totals starting coming out.

Why post this?
Didn't read the thread.
Fans from popular teams don't feel the need to tell other teams' fans that they're popular.

in 2011 and before, the only persons watching aggie were aggie alumni.

was there any team less suited for television than sherman and slocum's aggies? what a fricking bore the aggies were.

op - i did not read the whole of this article BUT i am simply presuming the premise has something to do with Houston being among the top ^ media markets in the US.

won't you admit that pre-Sumlin - JFF - SEC, aggie could harldy 'muster' two nationally televised games a year?

congrats to sumlin - JFF - and aggie football for an incredible season... now if only the aggie fanbase could 'muster' one-tenth the humility their football team has demonstrated.

Good thing we got to know who you really were in the Big 12 for the last ten years or so then, so that at least my particular fanbase can fully recognize that the above constitutes the sun shining on a dog's arse some days.

Old and wrong information.

Auburn doesn't have more fans than Alabama and Texas "A&M" doesn't have more fans than Texas.

The criteria is all jacked up.

Its definitely a difficult adjustment and not something I've been used to for quite a long time, I ain't gonna lie. Seeing as you guys are so very used to it from fricking around with Slocum, Fran and Sherman the past 10 years, can you give me some pointers on how to cope? Thx
