Texas A&M fined for rushing field

Texas A&M has been fined $250,000 for rushing the field after the win over LSU. It was their third violation of the policy. Good thing for them they have all that oil money.

"Hell yea!! We're the best fans in the country!!! It's a privilege to rush our field and all of you big meanies are just jealous of our awesome traditions and 5-7 record!!!"

I too would hope for Texas to join the B1G if I were an aggie.
Just imagine: you finally get to run away from the school that rejected you, and all of their sports teams that dominated you, only for them to come into your conference and completely overshadow you in every single way

Who cares?
These fines are nothing to any SEC program. They're worth it 10 times over for the tv value the scenes provide for both the schools and the conference as a whole.
The fines are strictly symbolic for the conference to be able to claim they don't condone it.
