Sounds like James Coley is all but officially taken the job as he will coach till the playoffs are done. I'm excited about this hire.

The DC is a little more unknown but it still sounds like South Carolina's DC Travaris Robinson is the main target. He hasn't officially interviewed like Coley has and he would also not switch jobs till after bowl season(if he indeed does switch).

Dameyune Craig and Jay Graham are here or coming. Brewster is likely coming but nothing official has been said about him. He has been making rounds to all aggie commits in the houston area last I heard.

Leaning toward staying.

I think UGA would tell him to kick rocks if he took the A&M OC job. He's only a position coach, and Kirby wouldn't want the OC of another SEC program on the road recruiting with UGA gear on, which Coley is as of today.

Well, like I said, it's their target but it's way to early to know if he's coming or not. How much leeway does he get from muschamp to install his own defense?

Probably because Jimbo's OC isn't a real OC

I think he wants to stick around for the playoffs.

I'm sure he does, but UGA wouldn't have him on the road if they thought he was leaving.

You can take him off the road and still have him coach.

Right, but Coley is out recruiting for UGA. That's a critical difference.

You could, but then you lose a position coach on the road.

If he’s a professional and they didn’t want to lose a coach right before playoffs I don’t see why they wouldn’t. It’s not like either is leaving on bad terms. He’s taking a promotion & a raise.
