Let’s not forget how they decided to “claim” 2 more national titles the year they entered the SEC. The national championships were claimed 93 and 85 years after the seasons were played.



Literally no one from those teams or coaching staffs were still alive.

Texas A&M: Where if you can’t buy a national title you just go back 100 years and claim one. Or maybe maybe a plaque without a date. You can always wait until 2097 and come back and say you won it in 2004.

You’ll always have 74-72 A&M. Not only in your hearts but also engraved in rings.
