Aren’t y’all still counting the money put towards Kyle Field expansion on there?

Thought I read that somewhere.

Yes. They think they are a belle of the ball rainmaker and that they are some sort of brand name, when they are just retiring a ton of debt by hitting up the life savings of their alumni.

In 2015, which followed both the move to the SEC and Johnny Manziel's Heisman win, Texas A&M signed one of the largest apparel deals in college athletics with Adidas, which included base cash compensation of $1.6-2.0 million annually over the course of the eight-year contract.

And that is why we continue to go with Adidas over Nike.

I love how you try to paint us as poor while admitting that we are basically floating the whole thing with our disposable income.

It’s a very retro feeling after being around the actual dirt poor SEC to have someone tell us we are poor. Keep it up, nostalgia is in right now.

Nope.. A&M went with Adidas after Nike laughed at you fir requesting a deal like Texas’.

Texas’ most recent deal was cut in ‘15, the richest in collegiate sports history. $20M cash up front & $6.5M per year.

Keep chaining the pit bull to that pimp caddy parked in your front yard all the while bragging to your new daddy how rich you are.

Absolutely.
Getting the pieces in place takes time and effort.
We’ll get there.
