It's not at Kyle Field. If it was, the line would be -13.

Arkansas already made a statement.

I think that is a good point.

Let us be honest, A&M's signature win so far this season is a very close win over a Colorado team that was absolutely destroyed by Minnesota. They need a win in the worst way.

The Aggies are desperate to keep the momentum they had going from last year. In a couple of years Texas and Oklahoma are both joining the conference and suddenly A&M isn't the only Texas team (or team that depends on Texas for their talent) in the conference. They have to be a top SEC team when that happens because a middle of the pack A&M, while probably a very good team, is going to be in a real dog fight with the newcomers for top recruits.

A&M has more to lose than Arkansas does and I expect them to swing for the fences. Arkansas is playing with house money this year. Nobody expected that much from us and we are already the feel good story of the SEC and possibly college football this year. The Aggies were tooting their own horn as being a possible playoff candidate.

If they lose to Arkansas, with the schedule they have coming up, they could wind up with a very mediocre record for the year. Oh uh. The two Big 12 schools are coming in soon and LSU is down right now. If the Aggies don't take that step up now will they get the chance to down the road when LSU bounces back and Tex/Okla are established in the SEC? This is sort of a now or never year for A&M.

Wouldnt touch this game with a 10 foot pole. Our offense will struggle to move the ball against them and our pass defense has been porous against other teams, they just havent been able to capitalize on our mistakes. I can see both teams winning and both teams losing this game.

Easy money here? You got to feel as though Arkansas has turned a bit of a corner and A&M is not there yet. Leaning towards Arkansas as the outright winner here.

I am genuinely curious. How much money are you putting on that game? Easy money and all.

Are you saying it might not be easy money at all and A&M might be as good as the line indicates?

So if you're team played better against a previous opponent they would be favored by more against this opponent? Brilliant . Wonder why no one else has ever thought of this.

Will assume this game will be a nail biter to the finish, as it is every year, until proven otherwise

Hopefully Catalon won’t get tossed in the first quarter because of the worst rule in sports this time.

A&M giving up 4.2 yards a carry. Arkansas getting 6.1 a carry. I wouldn't put the ball in the air until you show you can stop the run. And I don't think you can. I hope we run it down your throats all day.

This is my concern. Our LBs have struggled with their gap fits thus far.

A&M certainly has a lot to lose because we are still in the hunt to go all the way. Technically we could lose to Arky and still do that but realistically we lose to Arky and we are probably looking at 9-3 or so which would be a disappointment. I can see how we could lose but I doubt it. Jimbo is 28-1 in games he is favored in at A&M and this team is a 4th Quarter team (especially on D). A&M likely stacks the box and dares Arkie to beat them with the pass but we have very, very good DB's so that is no easy task even for a great QB.

The real key is the A&M OL. Can they gel enough to open some holes and give Calzada time to throw? If they can A&M likely wins easily. If they can't and A&M starts having 3 and outs and turnovers they will lose. That's the game imo.

As for A&M long term this isn't a one time shot and if we do disappoint this year we will still be fine. We have a very stable and quality coaching staff. We have truly elite facilities and literally more money than we can spend. We have built a strong recruiting pipeline into the Houston area that is becoming dominant while still doing well in the rest of Texas and getting National guys. A&M isn't going away as much as many of you would like it to happen.

Arkansas is ranked #86 in pass offense right now. That's bottom third in the country and bottom four in the conference.
It's almost as if you don't have to pass the ball when you're winning 10 out of the 12 quarters you've played this year and average 6 yards per carry.

Vegas is really good at what they do. Its weird how they seem to know as much as they do given how many programs, and franchises are out there.

Yes, they were wrong about Arkansas with UTA. I like how the hogs think they're going to be wrong yet again

I love this logic.

Just last year Arkansas started out like 7-1 against the spread or something like that. Vegas routinely misjudges our program's performance.
