Tennessee-to-Georgia transfer player's comments about Tennessee

Senior TE, Eli Wolf, transferred from the sinking ship of Tennessee to UGA and, surprisingly, is leading UGA in receiving yards.
He's happy at UGA, but not feeling so good about what Tennessee is going through. I suppose we all need to lighten up on the Vols as Wolf's comments reinforce the reality that these are young men--human beings with feelings like us--that are going through what is arguably the worst period in their football program's history. None of us would want our football program to experience what UT's experiencing. It could happen to any school.
“I grew up with those guys, played four years there with them,” Wolf added. “It doesn’t make me happy to see them lose, see their hearts break like that. It’s going to matter one game in the fall and after it’s over those guys are still going to be my buddies for life. So I’m not happy to see them lose. I still wish them the best.”
Knowing he has to play against the Vols in a few weeks, it certainly was honorable of him to say that.

UTk needed a good humbling. They have been out of hand for a long time .... done some horribly underhanded shite to most every program in this conference in one form or another. They're pretty much getting a karma kickback they've had coming for awhile. Not necessarily the players' fault, but they chose to go there so .... and I hate it for family members of mine who are Vol fans they're suffering, but in their cheating back stabbing heydays they couldn't give a fat baby's arse about how or what they were doing to get there.

Wolf was prescient of the VOLS' Team 123 implosion. Good on him to move on and earn better collegiate stats to improve his chances at the big leagues
