Butch was a far better coach. He came across as more goofy but check out his year 3 in comparison with Pruitt’s and then remember that he inherited a worse program

Butch isnt Saban. Nobody is saying that. I’m just saying that his mockable personality makes people remember him as being worse than Pruitt when any rational look at their records suggests otherwise.
Pruitt will never go 9-4 at UT.

I think it has been the newlywed syndrome with all three of coaches.

Pruitt has definitely brought in talent that can be competitive but his love affair with Geronimo is mind boggling.
