Well, to be honest it had nothing to do with the mob on campus. It had more to do with the boosters threatening to stop giving money. Clay Travis just got their attention.(the boosters)

But Penn State aside, Schiano is a universally disliked piece of shite and any UT fan would be rightfully infuriated by hiring him even if the child rape cover up wasn't a thing

I got kicked of their board for talking shite about Tennessee on the SEC scoreboard last year. Basically, the Tennessee board is a giant safe space. They really are a bunch of SJWs.

UT fans should have never gotten all torn up about Gruden for reasons that have been discussed on here way too much.
It's obvious Currie was ignoring, rightfully so, any internet fan interest in Gruden, but to zero in on someone associated with Penn State was a poor decision and it's going to cost him his job.
AD's with all the resources at their disposal seem to be idiots a lot of the time.
