...Seems like an emotionally abusive relationship. I remember swearing off LSU football after week 4 of 2016 until Les Miles was fired.

Meh. Usually we make it til September/October before our season crashes and burns. This time we didn't even make it out of August. Kinda liberating actually. Ive been playing a lot more golf lately.

I’m always gonna watch every weekend, doesn’t matter whether we’re 0-9 or 9-0. I grew up on Tennessee football and if the ship goes down, I’m sinking with it. I’ll always have hope, I just don’t get upset when we lose anymore, I’ve just come to expect it at this point.

"Hope for the best; expect the worst" is a coping mechanism that I employed for a decade every time LSU Offense lined up in I-formation.

I'm still gonna watch but I am starting to care less and less if we lose. Also, we have a good amount of bad SEC teams on our schedule this year so I still think we get a conference win or two.

I think we can win a game or two between Kentucky, Vandy, South Carolina, Missouri, and Miss St. All of those teams are bad and if we play to our potential I think we can win one or two.

I'm not really impressed with them. Out of the five I would be most concerned about Missouri.
