This couldn’t be a better matchup for LSU

Early start for a road team always benefits the home team. Week before Alabama is always a letdown.

Tennessee D struggles with running QBs and JD is the best in the SEC

It wouldn’t surprise me if this gets out of hand in the 4th

So you're a LSU, OU, Dallas Cowboys, KC Chiefs, and NE Pats fan.

I miss anything?

LSU definitely won’t win by 3 scores…

I do have them winning by 10 though.

Sounds awesome- but I'll setting just winning.

Tiger defensive staff will be working late this week....Should be a great atmosphere even if it's not a night game.

AR15 averaged less than 3.5 a carry. JD lacks the size and strength to do as well as AR15 did.

Try harder.

I’m pleasantly surprised that Tennessee is back talking shite without any reluctance after 20 years of futility. You go Vol.

Your defense also allowed AR to throw for 500 yards... Anthony Richardson

Here's an interesting metric.

UT had the same number of offensive plays against Florida as Auburn did against LSU. The difference is that UT did it in 5 fewer minutes of possession. That will be the deciding factor in this game...who can set the pace.

LSU's longest drive against AU (with regards to time of possession) was less than 4 minutes. Florida had two drives that were over 6 minutes long and another that was over 5 minutes long against UT. That's how they kept UT from scoring.

Against Mississippi State (a rout for LSU), they had a 6 minute drive...but the rest were all less than 3:15. LSU will need to eat up the clock on offense.

Dainels is the 10th highest rusher in the SEC with regards to yards gained, but the 6th highest ranked rusher when it comes to carries. He has run the ball 60 times, and only completed 89 passes so far this season. He is only averaging 1.65 fewer yards per carry than he is averaging per pass attempt. If he extends plays with his legs against UT, he will extend drives that keep UT's offense off the field.

So, for LSU to be successful...Daniels will need to keep doing what he has done so far this season...run well, and not turn the ball over. Las year he had 6 games with multiple interceptions...he has yet to throw one this season.

I assume that 55 is either for the year you were born or the age you were when you picked it. Either way that makes you way to old to set yourself up for this kind of disappointment. Go hug your grandkids after the beating Saturday. The end of this season for LSU will begin that night.

Much prefer this game to be at night

And LSU can't wait until 2nd half to show up.

Have you seen Jayden Daniels play? Tennessee defense will just have to plan man defense in the secondary and keep the LB's in to shore up the gaps. There might be a late score by LSU to make it look like it was a competitive game.
