LSU isn't doing bad but not great either. 8-3 record with losses to #11 FSU, a heartbreaker in OT, a loss OK state the following day-both at a neutral site, and a loss to a ranked, undefeated Houston team at Houston. LSU blew a 15 point lead in that one. Bounced back and beat St. Mary's and have a ranked Furman team at home Friday.
The team needs work but it is competitive.

Well, the AAC has only one team ranked, so ya'll suck worse I guess.
