They've got as good a chance as anyone. But it will be a crapshoot, coming down to matchups and who happens to get hot/cold. That's why it's called madness

You have the team. The problem is the NCAA Tournament doesn't always decide the best team in the country. It's as much about luck and matchups as it is anything else.
I do think this is the year you finally get past an Elite Eight.

We've been unlucky as hell when it comes tourney time but I really like our team this year.

Come on Phillip don’t be so blatant about your OU penis riding man. Don’t be one of those “I hate my rival more than I love my team” fans. And I would have no problem with an SEC team winning the NC in basketball. Even Auburn would be ok with me. But if anybody is in the final 4 from our conference it will be Kentucky and you damn well know it.

This is a post based upon acceptance. You accept that Kentucky has historically been great at basketball so you don't mind when they win. Let Auburn or Tennessee win and it'll get you're hackles up because we're your rivals in football.
It's ok. We (both Auburn and UT fans) did the same thing last year when faced with the choice of rooting for Bama or UGA. We'd accepted that BAMA has a lot of championships but UGA hadn't won since 1980 so we'd rather have Bama win.

You say acceptance I say expect. Going to final fours is just what Kentucky does. They can have a subpar, by their standards, regular season then turn it on come NCAA time. That’s just Kentucky basketball. I guess yea acceptance plus expectations. I’m serious though, I’d pull for AU or Tennessee to win it all against the ACC or Big Ten for sure just to get basketball respect back in our conference.

I won't quibble. Both terms work in slightly different ways but they work. As for basketball, for whatever reason it's easier for us to cheer for one another in shooty hoops than in football. (Maybe because all of us except UK have sucked at it for a long time).

Good win for UT. You guys are probably the sec favorite now. Three really solid teams atop the sec. we’re a basketball conference now
