Tee Martin might not be the best candidate for the job given the circumstances. After all, he himself was lured to Tennessee by cash payments.

Any info/guesses on the whistleblower? Sounds like Pruitt pizzed off some staff and somebody wanted big time payback.

Raynoch Thompson couldn't hold Tee Martin's jock. Definitely an inside job though. Lots of Fulmer guys still lurking. You just never know.

There is so much speculation going around and for nothing more than consistently hearing the rumor, Brumbaugh may have played a role.
Again, it's mere speculation, but it could be possible that Brumbaugh was Pruitt's Trooper Taylor.

That’s funny. It’s well documented his wife hates Knoxville because of all his baby. Mamas in the area. She wants back in the studio and away from his past. He was brought in to appease fans thanks to Fulmer and with Fulmer he has no future here. He should follow Sark to Texas in some capacity.

Family member of player was overheard discussing the paying of players and the team being horrible. Wrong person heard this and told compliance. Compliance approached Pruitt and he denied. UT has measures in place to help with these sort of things, but Pruitt ignored them and did things his way. He had already pissed too many people off and this made things worse.
All was being handled internally until someone snitched to the media and NCAA. No way for UT to hide so they got out in front of it.

Tee Martin was lazy and skipped coaches meetings. He and Pruitt hated each other.
