So what you're saying is that Bama easily earned the number 4 ranking Saturday

I don’t see bama on your list. Surely they’ve played someone by now, right? I mean UGA, LSU, auburn, and a&m all played ranked ooc opponents. No way bama would schedule duke, NMSU, or southern miss instead of a real opponent.

And unranked Tennessee isn't helping. A Florida or Georgia would help. But TSIO. Hopefully it bites them like it should!!!!

So you’re saying
Memphis, South Carolina, Michigan, USC, Illinois, Temple,BYU, TCU, Texas Tech all have more top 25 wins than Bama?

Some of those teams don’t even have winning records.

Good list, very interesting.

You used the latest AP ranking since it just came out. I was wondering if you'd do the same thing when the new CFP ranking comes out in a couple of days. I don't expect the list to look too different, just curious what it looks like through the CFP committee's eyes.

Sure I can do that. I'll post the CFP equivalent when they come out tomorrow.

At the time, yes. But I only included teams currently ranked in the AP top 25.
