Only way Dabo listens to anyone in the SEC not named Alabama is if he thinks Saban will be at Bama for an extended period. With how he's recruiting at Clemson and the money they're pouring into the program it'd be dumb for him to leave unless aTm makes him the highest paid coach in the country.

Dabo's not going to Texas A&M. If Chad Morris has a good year at SMU, he's your next HC and off the Dabo tree.
Clemson is Dabo's masterpiece that he built from the ground up and only Alabama has a chance of pulling him away from a place that the people adore him, his son is a true freshman on the team playing for his daddy.
I am not sure Alabama could get him while his boy is in college but that is his home and he is a Bama grad...

If we go after Morris as our top option I would be pretty pissed. He will 100% take the job, it's his dream job. Shoot for the moon with someone like Jimbo, Dabo, Peterson, or Chip Kelly and if they don't want it (likely) then hire Morris.

Fine with me as long they move quickly with it. I don't think Morris is a bad option for a mid major coach, but make established guys say no first.

Dabo isn't going to A&M. There is nothing that anyone in the SEC, besides Alabama, can really offer him that is better than what he has and has built at Clemson.

I agree. Clemson is Dabo's masterpiece and he has the hardware to prove it. A&M has money, resources and a talent base but it isn't anything that a winning program at Clemson doesn't also have.
Any Aggie that doesn't admit that A&M is not a better job than Clemson is delusional. I sit here, wearing my Aggie Ring saying that we are not a more attractive job than a couple dozen other places.

Exactly. Dabo isn't leaving Clemson for A&M. I have a hard time believing that Dabo would leave Clemson for Alabama. He has it all at Clemson. Has been in two consecutive Championship games winning one. Other than Alabama being his Alma Mater why would he leave Clemson? Who in their right mind that is winning at the level he is winning at would want to go and follow up Saban at Alabama of all places. That would be a no win situation for him.
