I know we paid upwards of $250 because it was Kentucky... But the prices for TAMU with fees is crazy. $920 just to get SRO... TAMU >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> UK

I will never pay that much for any sporting event I can watch on TV.

All that money paid just to see your team lose like every other game between A&M and Auburn at Auburn since 1990.

I couldn't imagine wanting to pay a grand for two tickets to a regular season college basketball game, especially one that's televised.

Who is paying $500 for a non-title clinching regular season college basketball game?

Now that Auburn sucks at the masculine sport, I’m happy they are good at the more feminine sports.

Silver lining to playing in Birmingham Bowls imo. Fans ticket budget still in the black after football season.

Is the game in CS or Lee County?

Side note. I paid around $1,500 for two auburn at A&M tickets in November. College sporting events are expensive

Yes it's much better than Coleman, and yes Auburn is on a hell of a run, and yes Auburn has a great home court advantage now, and the success couldn't have been anticipated during design, but I will never be convinced that stadium wasn't built a couple thousand seats smaller than it should have been.

And that screen Walker Kessler set in the UK game would’ve gotten him ejected in a football game with a 15 yard penalty. In Basketball? Not even a foul

Who wants to watch aggy play basketball?

How many seats are even available for a given game after subtracting the student section and season tickets?

High-Major Arenas 9,500 or less
- Ole Miss - Pavilion (9,500)
- Duke - Cameron Indoor (9,314)
- Notre Dame - Joyce Center (9,149)
- Auburn - Auburn Arena (9,121)
- Clemson - Littlejohn Coliseum (9,000)
- Boston College - Conte Forum (8,606)
- Georgia Tech - McCamish Pavilion (8,600)
- TCU - Schollmaier Arena (8,500)
- Rutgers - Jersey Mike's Arena (8,000)
- Miami - Watsco Center (7,972)
- Stanford - Maples Pavilion (7,329)
- Northwestern - Welsh Ryan Arena (7,039)
So, there are some others that size. And some of them are new (Tech, Ole Miss, Clemson & TCU recently totally redone). Stanford, Northwestern, Duke, Notre Dame, Rutgers are all really old.
Only Ole Miss, Auburn, Rutgers and Clemson are big state schools. The rest are either smaller private schools or operate basically like private schools (cough Georgia Tech cough).
