I like the Toots and the Maytals version "West Jamaica" better. More soul.

More likely Curt Cignetti's home if the job opens again.

From Pittsburgh, attended WVU, has improved every school he has coached.

Who would you rather have? A consistent, hard working winner, or Fisher?

It's funny because that song is about Maryland and west vagina claims its about them

Denver's bandmate wrote it when visiting family in Bethesda.

I guess they think that because West Virginia is mentioned in the song?

Researching it, turns out he wrote the song in DC where his wife was from. He is from Massachusetts. Said he almost through Massachusetts in the lyrics where West Virginia is, but felt like West Virginia was a better fit for a "Mountain Mama" state.

Probably a wise move. The Bee Gees had that song about Massachusetts a few years earlier.

John Denver also sang the song on the 50 yard like at Mountaineer Field when it opened in 1980.

John Denver also beat the ever-loving shite out of his wife several times, so that's a neato Eastern seaboard elitist Yankee fricktard thing to do
