Alabama’s relevance is to the Orange or Cotton Bowls. THAT IS IT THIS YEAR! They are a complete rebuild for their basketball team. Possibly another 1 seed complete blow out in the NIT this year. Not much of a chance in a damn strong SEC W in baseball either. Sure doesn’t seem we will be hearing much from them until next August or so.
7A50 the trolls are gone. Wallowing in their piles of money as they prepare for their Music City or Belk Bowl. A great start for Jimbo last year as he regressed in only year two of a whopping TEN year rebuild. This isn’t guaranteed...or is it? Basketball is similar to Bama, both have new coaches, in total rebuilds. They may make some noise in baseball; but not in the juggernaut of the SECW. They may come back here as the boys of summer; but I doubt it.

As stated multiple times previously for any questions regarding Fisher's contract please ask Scott W your current AD. He targeted Jimbo, he negotiated the deal, he sold it to the brass at A&M.
You guys keep asking us Ags about the Fisher deal and the guy that knows all the answers is your AD. Please ask him since he was responsible for it.

Our AD is ok with us. He’s an improvement over Alleva and screwed Aggie on the way out. It’s a win win situation

Yes, that contract guaranteeing Jimbo $75MM without regard for effort or success was a funny parting joke that Woody inflicted upon Aggy before his inevitable return home to LSU. Did you happen to see Woody on the LSU sideline last night laughing with Joe Burrow about what he did to Aggy before he left?
Additional gag was that Woody also allowed Jimbo the option to pack up and leave Aggy anytime he decides he’s already withdrawn sufficient cash from the Aggy treasury without giving any notice nor any breakup fee.

There were always rumblings of it on the golf course at CCoL; but it was always thought of as simple rumors. But everyone would laugh and wish to High Mary, then tee off.
