We'll see what happens. Louisville loses their offensive line and their RB (the Kentucky/Louisville game has almost always gone to who controls the ground game). If I've learned anything about that matchup, it's that anything can happen.

It's not a knock on Kentucky, it's just that they have a first year coach with different schemes and Louisville seems to be hitting their stride. I think Stoops will be good for the Cats, it's just going to take a few years to get the foundation laid.

Everyone said last offseason that it would take Ole Miss 5 years to even compete for a bowl game again.

I would only qualify LSU in this group if the surprise is if they kinda suck. Otherwise them being good isn't much of a surprise.

Is that what you meant?

I'm telling you, I think that's the win that shocks everyone and gets Kentucky to follow Stoops.

It would be one of the biggest upsets of the year.

I don't think you could count LSU as a surprise team. If they win 10-11, nobody will be that shocked. They're LSU, they're supposed to win that many games every year.

Does your UK prediction have anything to do with miss Belle? Just sayin...

And you're smokin some fine stuff if you think UK is going to beat Mizzou.

I think Ginger Cal gets his first signature win against them.
I just don't see it. Louisville is hot off their Sugar Bowl win against Florida, and Kentucky only returns a limited amount of starters from last year's worst team in the SEC. Maybe eventually, but I don't see it happening this year. Teddy Bridgewater is going to have a field day.

Louisville 31
Kentucky 13

Definitely Ole Miss. An upset over LSu or A&M could lead to a 9 win season before the bowl.

None whatsoever.

Because Mizzou is such a powerhouse compared to UK at football.

to be surprising LSU would have to either overcome their schedule and win the west or drop to 7-8 wins on the year

Most years there is a team that rises from the rubble to be at least decent. The SEC teams in position to do that this year are probably Arkansas, Auburn, Kentucky, Missouri, and Tennessee. I'd love to look at that list and spot the winner but damned if I can figure it out.

Mizzou , provided they have competent QB play, could make some noise. They do have a good offense when all players are playing. Plus, their stud recruit is a sophomore this year.

They will surprise at times

Thank you for admitting that this is a possibility. So many A&M fans talk shite like we aren't on the same level as y'all and acted like you guys beat us by 40 last year.

I still think we're more likely to beat LSU than y'all.
