Honestly feel bad that LSU fans have never experienced this. The town was shut down. It was a week long party.
Generally the only time Baton Rouge gets shut down is when a serial killer is on the loose.

I try not to insult State fans. They know who they are and they’re fine with it, unlike Ole Miss fans who talk about phantom, bogus national titles from long ago. Hugh Freeze didn’t do them any favors stirring that up.
