He's got a cool story. He had some offers to play football at some FCS schools but was a life long Auburn fan and wanted to play for Auburn. He walked on as a freshman and made the practice squad. Ended up getting a scholarship his redshirt sophomore year after the coaching change. He snapped the winning field goal kick in the 2010 National Championship and is now is going to the Super Bowl.

- Dan Quinn is the Falcons Head Coach. He was a DL coach for Nick Saban with the Dolphins in 2005 & 2006, then was the defensive coordinator and DL coach at Florida in 2011 & 2012.
- Bryan Cox is the Falcons DL coach. Obviously, his son played at Florida.
- Chad Walker is the Falcons DB coach. He is from New Orleans, went to LSU and was on the LSU staff at LSU in 2000 as a GA and then under Saban in 2003.
- Doug Mallory is the Falcons LB coach. He was the DB coach from 2005-2007 at LSU and the co-DC in 2008.
- Marquand Manuel is an assistant Secondary coach. He was an intern at Florida when Quinn was there. He played for Florida.
