Pretty damn good game going on in Nashville right now b/t Ole Miss and Vandy. Vandy just tied it in the B8 on a home run of what was supposed to be a 7 inning game. They now have the go ahead run on 1st with no outs.
State is leading Auburn 4-1 in the 6th
LSU and UT is set to start at 4 CST in game 3 of that series
Ole Miss and Vandy will play a 7 inning game 2 of a DH 45 min after the current game is over

I think this one is an L at this point. Need a strike out badly but doubt we get it. Bullpen has been atrocious today.

Hate our pen didn’t get the job done after scoring 4 in the top of the 7th.
Find a way in game 2 today and OM will have had a helluva week.

dammit. this loss sucks hard. I thought we had it with those 4 runs to take the lead in the 7th.

Yes Mize has been incredible but our starting pitching, for the most part, has been good all year long. We are hitting .195 in SEC play and that's why we are losing games. Our closer missed 3 weeks as well and we blew games late against UK, Mizzou, and Arky. Our Sunday starter has had two starts in SEC play in which he gave up 1 hit and We lost both games.

Decent first inning for the Rebs in Game 2. Took a 1-0 lead and got out of the inning on 9 pitches. 3-1 vs. USM in Pearl and Vandy in Nashville would certainly be acceptable, but there’s also the WAOM factor

But didn't the 2nd base ump stop play for Fortes? That should have been stoppage in play and the ball returned to the pitcher.
