Sorry but per SEC Network, Tennessee is the 1 seed right now .
BaseVOLS have better record vs common opponents as you go down the list.

Realistically I think DVH expected a bunt and would have pulled the pitcher after the bunt. Their corners were in expecting it. Hell, I even expected a bunt there

I think Arkansas does care a bout this game because it might determine the probable SEC champ.

Last time we had a big emotional win on a Saturday (Vandy) we came out and got the shite beat out of us. We’ll see today if we learned our lesson

He put Wiggins in as a test and we found out quick that he wasn't ready for that type of pressure.
I think it was a good decision not to use Kopps until the third game because of what happened yesterday.

Not sure how today shakes out. Normally Arkansas comes out swinging a day following a loss. Hogs have scored 45 runs in their last 5 game 3’s of series.
Probably either Lockhart or Vermillion starting. Out of the pen available should be Lockhart/Vermillion, Morris, Tole, Monke, Costieu, Noland, Kopps(1 inning only/9th).
Dave said he would be getting with Kopps this morning on how his arm felt. I’d imagine only 3 outs for Kopps today. Preferably that would be in the 9th with a lead.

Your post screams sarcasm, but it’s where we are currently. Arkansas has had most mid week games canceled since mid April. They haven’t had a chance to test any of the young guys. Hogs played AState this past midweek and threw the kitchen sink just to see where guys were.

He said as much in his post game presser.
He felt like the first base runner was a fluke, as nobody knew where the ball was. Had Moore seen it, it’s likely a weak out. Though Wiggins lost the next batter, DVH felt like an out was coming on sacrifice.

As much as I'd like a series win vs. Tennessee, I don't want Kopps hurt. Rather save him for the National Tourney

DVH has made it pretty clear he only pitches Kopps a second time in a weekend if he(Kopps) comes to him wanting to throw.

Hopefully by hitting 7 HRs yesterday Vandy got so tired that they won’t have anything left in the tank today. I thought that was an excellent bullpen strategy by Ole Miss yesterday

That and he just randomly blurts nonsense. There could be a post about the damn JFK assassination and there would be 40 replys, 39 pertaining to the topic and 1 that dude saying something like "uga 1980" but he would have like 4 laughing emoticons with it.
