No your right I probably don't deserve special treatment for it. However, I did something not many people in this country would have the kahonas to do. Most would RUN from the idea of signing up! Special treatment? No. However x did so do something others would suit their boxers even thinking about? Sure.

There is 1.4 million people in the military. Not exactly “not many people”. People don’t run from the idea of the military because they are scared. They don’t sign up because they have much better options than making $24,000 a year.
