I respect University of Florida, but I thought schools like UVA, UT Austin, and Big Ten schools were more highly rated.
This is not a troll I know UF is well ahead of LSU academically.
Just wonder what rating criteria was-been no doubt there is likely something to back claim.
I thought Public University picking order in SEC had Aggies and Mizzou on top?

UF's academic ranking and prestige have increased greatly over the last 20 years.
US NEWS and WORLD REPORT have been the big rankings people for a while now - LINK
UF has been steadily moving up the list as it relates to public institutions.
Basically the exact opposite of the football program.

Florida is a very good academic and sports school. might be the most well rounded public school in the country.

Texas has actually fallen quite a bit. UGA is ahead of them as well in public rankings at #16.

The incoming freshman class at UF set a record this year. Their average high school GPA is 4.41.
Their engineering program is ranked number 42 in the country.

You've been struggling of late. But Florida has so much high school talent....it is a matter of getting the right coach and you will be back. But, overall, Florida is still one of the top sports schools in the country.
