Saban has lost to three separate Auburn HCs a year after winning a NC:
2004-Tuberville
2010- Chizik
2013-Gus

And once in the same year-2017 (Gus).

Voodoo?

Imagine how many championships he must've won for this to be possible

No it just means that AU doesn't gauge success by just beating Bama. All three coaches were fired.

Then why did Tubby, Chizik, and The Gus Bus all get fired right after they suffered humiliating losses to ALABAMA?

Gus Malzahn got a contract extension immediately following his first 2 wins against Alabama

December 6 2013

December 4 2017

Well, Tuberville resigned.
Chizik was fired because he didn't win a single conference game and had lost all control of the team.
Gus lost to South Carolina, nearly lost to Ole Miss & Arkansas and did a locker room dance after barely beating a beating a bad Miss State team in a game that made 3-2 look like a NC game.
Did I mention Gus never won a road game vs. LSU, UGA or Bama? His firing had more to do with that than losing to the National Champion last year.

He got his big extension in 2017 after beating two #1 teams virtually back-to-back and winning the West.

Regardless, don't you believe beating the #1 program in the country should be a goal for every coach, regardless of what color their uniform is?

What did the rest of the year look like. In every case of AU firing of a coach, the decision was made before the Bama game and announced afterwards.

Deflect much? The reality has always been to win in an upset and get crazy raises and lifetime prepaid meals at the Waffle House. Get humiliated too many times by ALABAMA and we send you to places like Central Florida with stupid-like buyouts.

It's always been about ALABAMA.

Hey MK, since you are our resident swimmer, any insight in this hiring?

How were those years overall? Two SEWC and one SECC. Maybe that was the reason for the extension.

How is that a deflection? I just gave you facts.

Of course that's a big part of it. If you don't think the reasons I listed weren't a part of it, you are nuts or just ignorant.

Of course Bama fans ALWAYS know more about the inner workings of Auburn football than we do.

Auburn's entire existence revolves around Daddy Bama. Charles Barkley has stated this numerous times and he's absolutely correct.

Then why did you fire all these guys right after BAMA beat the living pizz out of them?
