Texas has only won it 3 times total in 27 years.
Oklahoma has won it 14 times.

I have never understood why OU hasn't forged their own path separately from Texas. Not that a move to the SEC isn't good for them, but it may not be if they can't continue to make the playoffs. They haven't had much problem making it in their current situation and I have to think that has been good for their recruiting.
