Spurrier's always made quips, even when he was young. Let the man speak. Taggart should absolutely be given ten years to fix all of the problems that Jimbo left behind.

There is just something about him taking little quick one liner shots at teams that College football fans absofvckinglutely love. Think its the funniest thing in the world. If someone went up to him and said "well tennessee was finally able to win a game and beat chatanooga" and he responded with "about time" half of the people on this website would act like they fell over and pissed in their pants when they heard about it. Its the oddest thing.

Yeah you're justifiably going to get pounded by this board. Who doesn't like Steve Spurrier? I liked him even when UF was beating our brains in, in the 90's at UF.
(edit) He also won the ACC at Duke, and had USC winning 10+ for a few seasons.

You are a moron azzwipe. BTW When Spurrier was a soph QB at UF (frosh couldn't play back then) in 1964 he helped hand Ole Piss a 30-14 beating....and you probably had no idea that happened.
