This is the point of the women’s tournament where State will be challenged. Likely opponent Oregon has already handed MSU an L this year. Game is in Portland as well.
State gets a 1 seed and the women have a stupid rule that a top 4 seed that is less than 350 miles from a regional site is automatically placed there. So 2 seed Oregon is rewarded with a home regional.

It's a crying shame that as a number seed, MS State has to go to Oregon to play Oregon. It's a joke.
Maybe the Jet lag will be out of their system by the time they play this weekend and they can take 'em out and make their 3rd straight final four.
