This may have been answered previously but what is that big building out in left field area with fans on balconies? Pretty sweet setup and just curious. Love that ballpark.

Condos. Can only be used game weekends and game days. There’s a lounge on top as well

It's John Cohen's secret lair.

I thought they were available year-round but couldn't be declared as your primary residence (so no mail)

You can use them outside of the season. They say that officially but I know a guy that owns one and he can stay there whenever he wants

Unless the rules changed this year, that’s not the case

I always thought it was a strange rule. Good to know that’s not the case.

It truly is something else. I think it will be a setting stone for more colleges to build awesome baseball stadiums. As they say, if you build it, they will come. And College baseball is awesome.

The architect that designed about 10 major league ballparks is a State grad. She advised and it turned out great.

The original plans had 2 buildings and I think they left the options on the table for another.
