A bunch of Low-IQ former athletes who can barely read a book, and barely speak coherent English are on TV every day giving social commentary. We simply put them in an expensive suit, and give them some glasses and now they're smart and their opinion matters.

I prefer to hear what random message board users have to say. The insight is delightfully filled with facts, backed with experience and no emotion or agenda is ever involved

Shannon Sharpe can barely make a coherent sentence in English, guy is about as smart as the palm tree in my front yard.
Blows me away that he is brothers with Sterling Sharpe, who is incredibly well spoken.

Trust me, I have seen him and that bozo Skip Bayless plenty enough to know that Sharpe is dangerously close to the autism scale and Bayless probably never played a competitive sport in his life.

I tend to agree with Shannon more than Skip but they both are good at what they do. Shannon has the background in pro sports, a cell full of connections and is super confident.

The funny part is listening to some these guys on the radio they get their info from boards like this. I mean when Aggie fans started posting about how rich they were and was spending so many millions on their class it was then picked up by the media who started reporting but yet found out the only info they could verify was from a board like this.
Makes you wonder how they get paid.

I listened to different shows while out and about and neither show on ESPN slammed Saban. They said he may have been wrong for calling out a&m but not wrong about what he said.
Not sure which show you are referring to but it was definitely not the ones I had on.
I will also add they criticized Jimbo for his rant as well.

Don't forget the sneakers to round out the ensemble. I particularly hate the shows where they feel the need to pal around and joke constantly. I'm looking for insights into the sport that these idiots don't have. They also always have one semi-hot chick in too much make up and ridiculous fake tits, which isn't so bad now that i think of it.

Their wardrobes are ridiculous.
Unfortunately the semi-hot chick is always so dumb and annoying that she makes the retired athletes appear smart.
