Personally don't really care but it's always nice to set the record straight. Kelly is a good coach but I think the cultural fit is going to be a lot more of a problem than most LSU fans think. I guess we will see.

It would have been really embarrassing for LSU to hire a coach that they beat with 3rd and 4th stringers and their coach on his way out with his bags packed for Destin with Brandy

Explain. Be specific. Everyone keeps parroting this, but no one can substantiate it. How, exactly, will it inhibit his ability to coach his players?
We just fired a guy who was a perfect "cultural fit".

Look no one is denying Jimbo got a call. Him and Woodward are close. What LSU has said there was never really any significant interest on either side whatsover.
Aside from Woodward many in LSU (this is fact) did NOT want Jimbo and the majority of the Fan base for sure did not.
I know you aggies are trying to make yourself feel better having lost yet again and this time to a really bad LSU team of walk ons and 3rd teamers. (Now 9-2 since joining the SEC and 1 is an *) if you want to feel better by believing this. OK we wont ruin your party. But sheesh let it go.... No one cares. We didnt want Jimbo and he made it clear he didnt want us. Who cares !!!
