Out of 40 P5 teams (B12, SEC, ACC, BYU)

There are still some preseason assumptions left in these calculations (they steadily go away as the season progresses), so some teams will still get a slight benefit/penalty for inputs from past years (Arkansas/Mississippi St Defense = prime example).

Pre-season assumption or just the benefit of playing high level offenses so far.

Shocked they are this high And yes I know this is out of 40 teams

At first I thought:" How are we not last?" Then, I remembered that our game against Florida got postponed.

Funny thing is Nolan Smith clocked Mac Jones on that play. Campbell just fell down - it happens sometimes when you are playing 2x top 15 draft pick NFL WRs with college corners in single coverage.

I was thinking that maybe they left off a 1 in front of the 23.

LSU and defense have no business being mentioned in the same sentence.

These are still heavily weighted on preseason values. After week 4 those start to drop off a lot more. LSU hasn't played 4 yet, so we haven't start to see that preseason dwindle away yet.
