Ole Miss and Southern Cal had to cancel a home and home starting next year due to realignment. I was very disappointed! Really wanted to see my Rebels in the coliseum and USC in Oxford.
Oh well.
Oh well.

Nobody has to cancel any of these matchups. All of these schools are choosing to do it because they think it will have playoff ramifications.
The anticipated football games between USC and Ole Miss are no more. The home-and-home series featuring the two schools, scheduled for 2025 and 2026, was canceled, according to Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin.

Both USCw and Ole Miss are still short one OOC opponent in 2026.

USCw is the problem here as I don't fault Ole Miss much at all. They are at least scheduling major OOC programs to play, but they keep getting canceled by other school.
Wake Forest and USCw both had to be replaced by Ole Miss due to other schools canceling.
