Don't worry. If Ray Tanner says "15," that means the paperwork will actually say "51" and he won't notice when authorizing it.

The BOT loves Ray bc he's literally the dumbest guy in the room when they meet.

Wish more people felt this way. Our society really has become full of weak minded people. Safe spaces and all. When the world isn't actually as dangerous as the internet might have you believe.

That’s a problem. Not enough decent people that care.

Can take meds to reduce fever but still be sick.

We can talk about the number of fans allowed, but that still won't change all of the logistical issues that come with scenarios where players, coaches or other staff members test positive. I think figuring out a solution to those issues is important to making a season possible than the number of fans allowed.

But study after study after study shows that asymptomatic carriers aren’t contagious...

And we can all die on the way to the game in a massive car pile up. But we drive close to 65 mph, we take precautions, and accept the risk. Everyone needs to stop being afraid to live. If you are elderly, obese, diabetic, or feeling sick, DON'T go to a game. If you are younger, healthy, you should be free to take the risk.
We can't do this every year folks, and COVID will not be the last germ we must manage.
Taking temps would not slow things much at all. They do it very quickly at my gym, and it is just one precaution. You know what kills more young people than COVID? Depression, driving, unprotected sex, race riots, etc.
Plus, think of the help college football offers to race relations. WE need something to heal the wounds, now more than ever.

Wearing a mask is how this kind of stuff is managed. That’s simply too hard for some people to do.

Has there been any discussion about college athletics being in a stimulus package? I’d much rather save something actually constructive like the student athlete experience over a fricking AMC theater
College athletics has been out of control for years.
Let it fail. It needs a hard reset.

Temp checks don’t find asymptomatic transmitters, only ones who are symptomatic (fever).
Well asymptomatic transmitters don’t exist so who cares if we find them.
People just need to come to the realization that life as we used to know it is not going to be allowed until a vaccine is rushed to the market

If you’re willing to assume the risk to live your life the way you want to live it, then go out. Nobody is holding a gun to anybody’s head and saying “you have to go to the Florida-LSU game”
This is a very stupid approach to a global pandemic.

If you’re gonna have only 15k why have anyone at all?
Here’s an idea, check IDs at the gate and don’t let anyone 60 or older in

Ah, yes. A stupid approach to a global pandemic. Please enlighten me on how many people died today from corona? Tell me what the overall death rate is? Tell me how often people younger than 80 without pre-existing conditions die from corona? Every death sucks, but people get sick and die. It happens.
The stupid approach during a global pandemic is to live in such crippling fear that we can’t enjoy any part of our life as we know it without having people like you bitch and moan about people wanting to enjoy their own lives.
I’ll go on, I’ll wear my mask when I deem it necessary. Meanwhile, you can go on wearing your mask, goggles, and gloves by yourself in your storm bunker until the people on TV assure you you’re not going to die by breathing in outside air.

Don't tell that to the hospital I work at.

You're right, we should shut everything down until there's a cure. That's reasonable.

Sad part is they might get sued for age discrimination.
