Just be glad this didn't happen in Tiger Stadium. Getting hit in the eye with Tony Chachere's seasoning is no picnic.
Should we ask how you know this?

The fan behavior improved my opinion of Tennessee, tbh. You guys could easily just cuck out and accept it like some other fanbases do.
Good to see yall still have some fight.

Show up on an apology tour to show that not all Vol fans are pissed at the SEC? Loser move
The purpose of the thread is to show neither I nor the rest of the fanbase stand with the actions of a few. Littering the field and targeting the opposing team's players and coaches is despicable. Are you not a grown man? How do you reckon that is acceptable?
This is exactly the kind of attention Lane Kiffin wanted. He left the stadium with a huge smirk on his face and our fans left looking petulant and stupid. It created so much bad karma for our school.

I've never seen a former HC troll his prior team more successfully than last night.

Like I said apology your, loser move. It wasn’t pretty but maybe it was worth it. Miss St just took getting screwed and nothing happened. Maybe the next time the refs will at least not make shite up on the fly.

What do you propose as the solution?
Pelt the field with projectiles and purposely hit the other team's players because you don't like the call?

The “riot” was a culmination of Ole Miss’ continues “injuries”, the 4th down spot, but mainly the fumble and touchdown overturned. You are apologizing for something you either didn’t watch or understand

For what? Making the right call?

I don’t even mind the fans losing their shite.
Lots of built up passion.
Although, as a Saints fan, I honestly wish we would have done that with the Rams no-call. Sure, it's disgraceful and inexcusable, but that call was too. And it screwed the Saints out of a Super Bowl appearance.
But then, Goodell probably would have forced the Saints out of New Orleans...

I don’t know if he got the 1st down, but the spot was definitely short.
Was THAT what triggered everything- the spot was so blatantly off?

I thought it was a bad spot…….I can understand the fans being angry because the officiating in the SEC is a total abortion and Skanky is either dumb or oblivious to the schitt show every week.

Out of control? Was anyone seriously hurt? Did fans leave the stands? Did players blow up? I mean the fans did litter a bit but out of control? All things considered the response was at worst a bad look to folks that are not fans of college sports.

The strip scoop and score that was ruled a live ball on a non reviewable play that was retroactively ruled down with no explanation set the tone with the constant non calls on holding (mugging actually) of UTs ends, the phantom late D holding call that extended a drive and the missed O offsides on a TD pass, the endless fake injuries. It was a cumulative effect that just built and built til they had a Popeye moment. They stood all they could stand and they couldn’t stands no more.

I'll agree with you on this entirely.

It sucks that the entire fanbase has to wear something over a transgression by a smaller faction made of bad actors.
I'm not going to sit here and listen to you badmouth the entire United States of America!

It’s about time the SEC got some negative feedback for it’s incompetent officiating. It’s every damn week.
