The behavior from our fanbase last night was embarrassing. This event will be remembered like the 2001 Browns/Jaguars game.
Yeah, the spot was conservative, and I initially thought we had the first down. But I'll be damned if I'm ever so angry at the outcome of a ball game that I'm throwing projectiles at the opposing team's players, staff, and coaches. That was beyond embarrassing.
I'm glad to see the team not quit after a bad first half. The team has some fight in them. Congratulations Ole Miss on getting a quality win in a hostile environment. I'm still proud of my team but god damn the white trash throwing shite at players really pissed me off.

mentioned this earlier. The Browns fans are the worst in America. Always on the verge of riot

Tennessee fans still better than Texas A&M fans.

Vols are headed in the right direction.
I don’t even mind the fans losing their shite.
Lots of built up passion.
I don’t know if he got the 1st down, but the spot was definitely short.

I do. I went to UT and it reflects poorly on my alma mater.

I do not condone throwing shite on the field like this ever, but this fan base is absolutely above reproach in my eyes. It’s the only thing that had made this program worthwhile for the last 15 years, and these people deserve better.

Well seen enough bad calls vs BAMA through the years that changed the outcome of many games between LSU and Bama. So when LSU gets a call especially against Bama which has been very few; u just laugh.

You've got a point. It takes special blood to be a VFL after all the crap the last 20 years.
Always have been and always will be a VFL

It sucks that the entire fanbase has to wear something over a transgression by a smaller faction made of bad actors.
The university should have been far more prepared. Especially since they knew emotions would be high with Kiffin returning.
It's a good opportunity to grow and be better as a fanbase, but it starts with the school taking full responsibility and committing to never letting something like that possibly happening again.

Just be glad this didn't happen in Tiger Stadium. Getting hit in the eye with Tony Chachere's seasoning is no picnic.

Question:
If this happened every week with every obvious bad or blown call, would it force Sankey and the SEC to actually do something about the horseshite they call officiating? At some point someone is going to have to actually address, in a tangible way, the fact that the best football conference in the country consistently has by far the worst officiating.

Class post and glad to see it. It was a terrible look for Tennessee.
Will be interesting to see the feedback from Walter Nolan after being at that game, especially if his parents were with him.

Looks terrible. This doesn't help recruiting at all.

Sorry? That was awesome. I still wish saints fans would've done that for 'no call'

First of all it was the right call and they reviewed it. Secondly your question is a pathetic excuse for inexcusable behavior.
