UT acted no differently than the LSU fan base typically... seems a certain purple and gold fan base can’t handle the shoe being on the other foot...

I guess you all didn't know that Alex Box ticket holding LSU baseball fans are much different than LSU football fans.
LSU baseball fans actually high five the opposing team when they beat LSU after regionals/superregionals. (I oppose this behavior and prefer LSU football fans myself)

Actually our baseball fans in the stands are OVERLY nice to opposing teams.
Tennessee baseball fans are trash.

As an FSU alum, I can attest to LSU having great baseball fans. Just the way it is

Basketball fans aren't all that bad either. Most have been loyal supporters throughout a bunch of shitty years and are older. So, they're pretty tame. The football fans are out of control (in a good way IMO).

Many locals in Omaha love LSU fans and as such will tell you they pull for LSU when they're playing there. OP's post makes it clear he's never been to an LSU baseball game.
