He thinks he’s a big tough guy that can intimidate other coaches and players. Emotional brand of baseball. That may work in the short term, but will not last long. Bumping umpires, throwing bats, always bitching about anything negative to his team. If he keeps this up, someone will end up kicking his arse. I hope so. He deserves it. He’s not a baseball coach, he’s an emotional dumpster fire waiting to catch on fire and burn. They have all the pressure on them. He is not helping his team with his emotional outbursts. What comes around goes around.

I have no ill will toward Tennessee and I don't even really dislike Vitello TBH
But I would still enjoy watching him take it to far at some point and getting a valuable life lesson

As soon as Auburn put one out of the park the coaches tried to start a fight. I’ve only been to Knoxville once and that was in the fall for the Ole Miss game. Seems to be a theme with you people. Not all. But some. And these coaches have already embarrassed the SEC with their behavior. What did that short pusscakes for a coach come out with his fists balled up this time? Home run by Auburn?

Why would you defend this guy’s actions? You his wife cashing his checks? I’ve not seen an SEC baseball coach and his teams act like they do. Not in the last 30 years I’ve been watching. Oh there are always instances of losing their shite on a bad call. But throwing bats at opposing players? Just classless trash. And anyone defending his actions is just as classless.
