The bats were juiced. When you can use a bat with a bigger sweet spot the numbers will increase. Still takes talent to hit though. Yall had two of the best hitters ever and couldnt get it done. I dont care about a pitcher getting hit. I saw that doc too. I hear the same thing about LSU not winning when Bregman was here.

I'll catch shite for this, but seemed like State players were juicing last year towards the end. Those bats were hot and hitting some balls far.

We don't have players that are really beefy though. You guys have some corn fed mofos on your roster that look huge.
