I wouldn't be surprised if they start playing in 2022 if things continue to progress as they are. 2023 at the very latest.

They are effectively a poison pill for the big twelve. I’d say 2023 at the absolute latest.

Alabama already had a home and home scheduled with Texas in 2022 & 2023.

The Big 12 will collapse in short order after they deliver their notice. The other teams with options will bail ASAP. I think they are on the schedules no later than 2023. Outside chance of 2022.

alot has to to be done for 2022 but if big 12 collapses cuz everyone wants out then the SEC will have to figure it out with the schedules.

No difference than when you give your current job your 2 weeks notice to leave for a competitor. They say thanks but no thanks. Just clean out your desk now. Only because it's so close to the season it will have to be 2022

These 2 teams are making themselves even more toxic every day. Expecting any cooperation, even showing up for conference calls seems unlikely going forward. And this seems just like the first wave of the exodus out of the big 12.
Other teams left at the altar are busy right now doing their own negotiations and due diligence. Everyone is trying hard to not become another group of 5 program. Oklahoma State has a legitimate argument. They are bound somewhere in big boy football. There is going to be a lot of water leaking in this sinking ship.
Once reality sits in, the Big 12 might just cut their losses early.

23 at the latest. Two year window when the announcement is made. It may end up being in 22 with how things are going.
