When Coach Sabin retires? Will it be Lane Kiffin or Mel Tucker?

Go back to averaging 1 national championship and 3 SEC Championships per decade.

Well, you saw what Bama's AD did in the bball coach search. Out of left field but Oats has a great background----no southern ties be damned. My guess is Greg will possibly go that route again.

Bama will go for Pruitt before Kirby. Neal Brown would be another one.

why do you think Butch is hanging around? He's getting cozy with the AD.

Better question, what happens to Auburn after Gus retires (and I hope he stays there long enough to do so)?

Get Les Miles from Kansas. Win 6-7 CFP titles and watch tRant collapse on itself like a dying star.

Hopefully parody happens. Saban is like Brad Wesley from Roundhouse and we are the townspeople who just have to grin and bear it til he leaves town. So until he leaves, we just continue to behave like good boys and girls and do what we are told. I'm surprised nobody said Coach Dabo as a possible replacement in waiting.

That's some years down the road. Hard to say who will be the hottest coach in America by then. Doubtful either of those guys will be so they would be out. Alabama will hire the best coach out there. But we're looking about 6 years ahead or more.

I know it is the longest of shots but imagine a world where LSU actually made the SEC championship game. I know, I know but go with me here. That would likely have meant they beat Auburn and Texas A&M and Florida and horrors, Alabama. Then they've got Georgia to beat to qualify. Still with me here? They look up and they've got say, Ohio St or Oklahoma in round one. LOL! That's all to just to get to the big game. And they've got likely a fresh Clemson on only there second tough game of the season. The odds of LSU doing/winning all that are o-u-t-r-a-g-e-o-u-s.

And at this point LSU ever winning a natty game are the same. So enjoy the games, LSU is a damn good program in a damn good league in a damn good division with a damn good venue and atmosphere and damn little chance of ever doing all that. Alabama does however.

Could be Neal Brown. Kirby win’t Come and whomever replaces Saban will have the worse job in CB. Ask Ray Perkins?

I’m thinking Mike Leach would be a good choice.
