No excuses from me. We are going to have to start winning these step up games if we want to be taken seriously. We are past the point of moral victories.
We will have a hard time consistently moving the ball on LSU's defense. We're going to have to scheme our way to yards. If we do that enough, I feel like our defense is good enough to hold LSU in check and we have a shot to win the game.

Just FYI I was bearish on Etling coming into this year and he had looked wayyyy better than expected. Not sure what that will mean for this game but it's not the same guy you saw last year.

and State isn't going to finish dead last in the SEC and 115th in the country in defense this year.
