Lots of Bama players are going to be driving Mazdas and Kias. Probably and uncle will buy them in cash.

Good for him spending his money to set him up for after football. But Kia and Mazda? He didn't strike me as that type.

It's a dealership that's been around for years at that location. I believe it is now (or just was) a single owner and perhaps she was looking to retire.

Kia, Mazda and Hyundai (not listed, but follows suit) sell a shite ton of vehicles.
He will be fine.

Hey Mazda makes some good cars - wouldn't mind a free RX-8

Kia and Hyundai yes. Cheap decent family looking vehicles.
Mazda, not so much. It is either a niche buyer or a guy who would have bought a suburu, did his research online, but the Mazda was a better deal or higher quality(Longer production run engine vs a new engine with kinks).

In my observation car dealerships and NFL players don’t always work out for the best. Can still see one of Deuce McAllister’s old run down dealership buildings pulling into Jackson from the interstate. Also Aneas Williams’ dealerships in Monroe were vacant buildings for a long time. That’s just my personal observation idk about the overall success rate.

Doesn't surprise me he's going to sell Mazdas. Guys like him love driving a sassy little convertible like the Miata

Didn't say they didn't. Just saying that those vehicle brands aren't exactly considered the "cool" brands to buy for much of his audience (younger demographic).

That dealership has been around and profitable for a long time. Not a terrible investment

He's probably getting paid to slap his name on it and hold a small percentage. He's not gonna bankrupt himself selling kias

If there's one thing Alabama players are knowledgeable about, is the insides and outs of getting cars to people at car dealerships. He should do well here....
