I'm expecting a boring blowout. 49-17.

Yeah not ideal. Mizzou, by the SEC new guidelines, has the right to postpone the game but it sounds like Drink is going to take one for the the SEC team and try to gut us through it.

We are getting thin enough that walk on kids are going to see time this and likely next week.

Our defense is fully capable of keeping bama in the mid 30's, but the offense will have to be able to put together some drives. Without an OL It'll be near impossible unfortunately .

Which is what confuses me. Most of the players will have then been out well over 20 days since testing positive, why so long?

Somebody tell me where you guys are seeing this info?

SEC rules state that a team must have 7 scholarship OL to play a game so this can’t be true

From what I understand, 3 different batches of contact tracing have occurred with the last messing up our OL. I do not understand why contact tracing quarantine is even a thing when we have 15 minute testing?

What in the world am I not getting about the science that everyone couldn’t just get a test daily for 3 days and if all negative return to the team. I don’t get it.

Yup, it’s absolute nonsense.

Baylor canceled a game last week despite zero positive test. ZERO!

I wonder if this is why there was serious talks about cancelling this game until November 7th

What talks? Where are you guys seeing this stuff?

I mean, there isn’t any grey area here. Have to have at least 7 SCHOLARSHIP OL to play. No ifs ands or buts

there have been talks I saw on twitter about a week ago about possibly moving this game to Nov 7th since both teams had a bye, and mizzou was close to not having enough players. That's all I know about that, sounds like Drink decided to move forward with this.

As for the OL, a sauce had said The OL had been hit hardest for the bama game. 4 possibly 5 starters have been hit by the virus BUT not enough detail to know the timing and if and how many would be back for Bama.
