My pick is Mac Jones. Nobody playing better right now and he has the biggest win so far after he lit up the best defense in the country.

Trevor Lawrence is still the front runner as of now.

Mac jones is good; better than I anticipated. But Trevor Lawrence is the answer.

Probably Lawrence, Mac Jones would get a lot of votes as well IMO

I’d say the same but only because of his established brand. Mac Jones has performed the best out of all QBs in the nation so far if you count for schedule, production and QBR.

The preseason favorite would have to do something to lose it this early in the season to be the winner. Lawrence hasn't done that so far so he would get it.

Trevor just dropped 73 on a P5 school.

Your boy Leonard Fournette is the current record holder for number of Week 5 Heismans won.

It’s called just throwing out a subject and having a conversation about it for the hell of it.

I don’t even think Trevor is the best player on his team to be honest.

Georgia Tech got blown out by Syracuse, they aren't very good either. Lawrence is still great though.

To be fair though to Mac Jones, his performance against a top 10 ranked Georgia team (24-32 417 yards 4 TD 1 INT) was much more impressive to me than Lawrence who was 24-32 5 TD 1 INT against a bad GT team
