Oh God, move on. Tennessee and Knoxville is a toilet compared to UGA and Athens. That's why you can't beat UGA in recruiting, that and the fact that you haven't been relevant in more than a decade and the state of Tennessee is crap when it comes to producing football talent.

If UGA is cheating then the question really is: Do you think Georgia is blue blood enough to escape the NCAA eye? Are they more like UNC in basketball or Ole Miss in football in the eyes of NCAA?

That is an excellent question. I do think they're historically significant enough to escape a hammer, but not enough to warrant looking the other way.
