NIH, why did your coach and team give up with 2 and a half minutes left? Seriously, I don't think I've ever seen a team quit down by 10 with the ball and that much time. We've seen 2 touchdowns scored in less than 1 minute this year.

LSU offense basically will try to wear you down, keep everything under control that's why we had the ball for 23 min in the 2nd half.

Mullen must have been saving all of the timeouts for the second drive.
Or maybe he thought he was down by more than two scores. The game certainly felt that way.

Man you LSU fans can dog on Petrino all you want but I love the fact that with 30 seconds left in the first half of a tie game last year with you guys he is slinging the ball downfield trying to score.
So much better as a fan than coming out and rushing the ball three times up the middle and punting with 15 seconds left like MSU did last night.
